Jimmy Fallon will finally have a job in which it is acceptable to giggle on air. Fox 411 is reporting that Fallon has officially been given the “Late Night” gig on NBC. As you probably know, Conan is taking over for uber-hack Jay Leno in May 2009 and now, Fallon will take over for Conan.
Fallon was last seen making embarrassingly bad movies and laughing inappropriately at his castmates on “Saturday Night Live”. Conan was last seen being completely awesome. Jay Leno was last seen by millions of people every night who apparently have zero sense of humor. Letterman rules. You know it.
