Typical Thursday Night Awesomeness Of “Lost” & “The Office”

Cinematically Correct has been so busy researching the Zune…err, I mean, working today that we almost forgot about “Lost” and “The Office”. Psyche! As obsessed with large amounts of music at a low-cost as I am, it’s an impossibility that I would forget about those two shows!
It’s season finale time for “The Office” and it looks like we’ll be saying goodbye to Toby since, well, the name of the episode is “Goodbye, Toby”. Who else will be leaving? My guess is Ed Helms and his Andy character will be headlining the new “Office 2.0″ NBC show. As I have said before, hey NBC, don’t you remember “Joey”? It went real well.
Also, Jim had better propose to Pam tonight. How awesome would it be if Jim and Pam got married on “The Office” during the same week that I get married next year? Man…that would really make my wedding special.
Just kidding.
That other show that is also awesome kicks off the first part of their three hour season finale tonight. “Lost” will air “There’s No Place Like Home, Part 1″ and we presumably see the Oceanic 6 all together in the real world. I have already commented on this site that I think that will be the last image we’ll see tonight. They are going to let us see the six of them on the plane and that is it. We won’t get what happened before or after. Then, we have to hang in agony for two f’ing weeks.

I have a co-worker who thinks that Jim and Pam will be the spin-off show. What do you think of that?
I think the scene of The Oceanic 6’s return will be the first scene of the show. But then we will see mostly island stuff for the rest of the episode. Maybe?
