One Of The Greatest Actors To Ever Live, Paul Newman, Dies At 83

Paul Newman has passed after a bout with cancer at age 83. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joanne Woodward, five children, and two grand-children.

When I was younger, my dad bought “Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid” on VHS. That was the first movie I can remember seeing with Paul Newman and it has become one of my favorite movies ever made, if not my absolute favorite.

Of course, the great movies like “The Hustler”, “The Sting”, “The Verdict”, or “The Color Of Money” that Newman starred in don’t really speak of his greatest achievement. That would be his Newman’s Own products that have made almost $200 million to charities. Newman used his celebrity to actually help others instead of helping himself. If there were even 10 people with the class, integrity, and care as Paul Newman, we are all very lucky people.

Paul Newman is a legend for his work in movies, and he’s a stud for all his work outside of movies
