Will The American People Get Behind “Slumdog Millionaire”?

The people have spoken and they have done so loudly. After being supported by an overwhelming majority of United States citizens, Mr. and Ms. Cinematically Correct are going to a screening of “Slumdog Millionaire” tonight. Will the bad election jokes ever stop? Not today, if I can help it.

I’m very much looking forward to this movie. I’m a fan of all things Danny Boyle-directed. Yes, even “The Beach”. It’s not bad at all, even if it’s higher on style than substance. Well…”A Life Less Ordinary” is quite awful…but then Danny made “Millions” and “28 Days Later”, so all is forgiven.

I’ll have a full report on the flick sometime tomorrow.
