BlackBerry Phone Storage, By Larry David

Since I’ve been busy watching every second of Philadelphia Phillies playoff baseball, my DVR is working overtime. I didn’t watch the latest episodes of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” or “Bored To Death” until last night. I gotta tell you…that “Curb”? One of the best ever. Eva.

Is nothing sacred for Larry? Which was funnier, Larry’s phone names or Leon’s phone names? Is there anything funnier on TV right now than the comedic stylings of Larry and Leon? My only problem…Rosie O’Donnell. She is just not funny. That whole bit with the check was so phony. Nobody, I mean nobody, would ever do that in a million years. There were plenty of things that they could have fought about other than that.

I get the feeling that “Bored To Death” is about to really hit its stride. It was great watching Jason Schwartzman and Zach Galfianakis try to get back a skateboard and even funnier listening to Schwartzman explain his detective work to his ex-girlfriend. Next week, it looks like Ted Danson’s hilarious George will get in on the sleuthing.

Here are some random TV thoughts…

  • “The Office” hit a serious low after the Jim & Pam wedding show. That bit with the supposed mob guy was incredibly dumb. Also, why is Dwight so mean now?
  • I’m digging “FlashForward” so far. Ralph Fiennes is getting better each episode, which is good because I think he’s a terrible actor. I can’t wait to see Dominic Monaghan as what appears to be an evil character.
  • I can’t believe Fox ordered a season of “The Cleveland Show”. It’s terrible.
  • There is only one way to describe “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia”: Full throttle.
