Brittany Murphy’s Death Is Sad But Not Surprising

It’s very sad to hear about Brittany Murphy. It’s never good when anyone dies so young, but when you abuse your body in the manner that Murphy was rumored, it’s almost inevitable. She hadn’t really done anything in quite some time but her “Clueless” performance was genius. Let’s try and remember her for that comedic gem and not the problems she had later in life.

Please! Just by writing this you are exploiting the fact that she had problems. I don’t entirely disagree with you, but this is a contradiction.

I don’t see the contradiction. I’m just pointing out that her problems probably contributed to an early death.

This could very well be of natural causes. I mean look at Nikki Sixx (or all of Motley Crue for that matter), Keith Richards, Travis Brightwell, Slash and Courtney Love. They’re still tickin’ beyond any scientific reasoning.

as hard as it is to believe, it really does happen… sometimes people are unhealthy, etc. to the point that something just gives out

I’m not shocked either. Whether is was the rumored drug abuse or otherwise she hadn’t been well for some time. I loved her in Clueless and she was enigmatic in Riding In Cars With Boys. It’s a sad affair, but it is what it is.

this is suuuuch BS – she has done soooo many movies. A few still have not come out and will be released during the course of this year. She was known to have heart problems. Her death has now officially been ruled as being caused by pneumonia. She was more grounded than a lot of other actresses. You are right about one thing – she will be remembered as a comedic gem.

I see you are just following the stereotype and propaganda regarding this fine actress’ death. Let it be know that she is vindicated. Her death has been ruled an accident. Pneumonia mainly.
Don’t you think you owe her an apology, albeit posthumously?

Amen Rodney! It seems people buy into her role in 8 mile – which was nothing like her true character!
